- Orders under $50 β $9.95 flat rate shipping.
- Orders $50β$98.99 β $6.95 flat rate shipping.
- Orders $99+ β Free shipping (continental United States only).
- Oversized or heavy items may require additional shipping charges.
- Pool equipment, pumps, heaters, and bulk chemicals may require freight delivery.
- Express shipping options are available at checkout when applicable.
Delivery Times
Most orders ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx and typically arrive within 3β7 business days, depending on destination and product availability.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting support@duckiespoolsupply.com. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

How to Start a Return

- Return shipping costs are the customerβs responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
