Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Some items may have a lead time of 5–7 business days if not currently in stock. We’ll notify you if there are any unexpected delays.

Shipping Rates:
We offer free shipping on orders over $50 (continental U.S. only). Orders under $50 may incur a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times:
Most orders ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx and arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location and product availability.

In-Store Pickup:
Available at our Myrtle Beach location. You'll be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Eligible Returns:

• Returns accepted for most non-electronic items
• Product must be in unopened, unused condition
• Item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items:

• Electronic items (e.g., pool automation systems, motors, controllers)
• Opened containers of chemicals or used equipment
• Clearance or final-sale items

How to Return an Item:

1. Contact us at support@duckiespoolsupply.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll provide a return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship your item back to us (return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error).
4. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds:
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
