Return Policy

At Duckies Pool Supply, we stand behind the products we sell. Our goal is to provide a fair, transparent, and hassle-free return process while ensuring product safety and quality.


30-Day Return Window

Most new, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all components and manuals
  • Not installed, damaged, or altered
  • Returned with proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and manufacturer compliance, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Pool chemicals, chlorine, shock, and liquid treatments
  • Opened filters, cartridges, or filter media
  • Electrical components once installed
  • Installed equipment or parts
  • Special-order or custom-order items
  • Clearance or final-sale items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will assist with:

  • Replacement
  • Repair
  • Warranty service
  • Refund if applicable

Photos may be required for verification.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error or a defective product:
Duckies Pool Supply will cover return shipping.

If the return is due to customer preference or ordering error:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 3–7 business days after inspection
  • Bank processing times may vary

Manufacturer Warranty

Many products include manufacturer warranties. Duckies Pool Supply will assist with warranty claims, troubleshooting, and repair coordination when applicable.


In-Store Returns

Items purchased in our retail store may be returned within 30 days with receipt, subject to the same conditions.
