Shipping & Packaging Requirements
- Prepaid shipping labels provided (when applicable)
- Labels are issued for a box size of 20” x 20” x 24”
- Customer is responsible for proper packaging and drop-off at the carrier
- After the third repair shipment, customer is responsible for shipping costs only

Damage resulting from improper packaging is not covered under warranty. Shipments sent in oversized or inadequately packed boxes may result in additional charges or denial of coverage.
For best results, we strongly recommend using the original packaging or a properly sized replacement box to prevent damage during transit.

Warranty Limitations
Coverage may be denied if manufacturer care guidelines are not followed, including (but not limited to):
- Leaving the cleaner in the pool continuously
- Chlorine exceeding manufacturer limits (over 4 PPM)
- Misuse, neglect, or improper storage
- Damage caused by improper packaging or shipping
- Chemical or environmental damage
